PDF Signer lets you sign multiple PDF documents using X.509 digital certificates. The appearance of digital signatures are fully configurable. You can specify the position, pages to sign (first page, last page, all pages), and other details. PDF Signer is completely PKI neutral and will work with PKI components from any vendor (this includes CAs, certificates, CRLs, smartcards, etc.).
